Website and custom order information.

This website presents our custom mug service and design examples. Submitting an inquiry does not create a purchase contract or authorize production.

Custom orders

Each order is governed by the quotation and order terms accepted for that project. These specify the product, quantity, design and approval scope, total price and taxes, packaging, delivery, payment stages and any sample or revision charges. Production proceeds only after the required approvals and order conditions are met.

Please check all submitted and approved wording, names, dates and artwork carefully. Requests for changes, cancellations, returns or assistance with damaged or defective goods are considered under the agreed terms and applicable law. Nothing on this website excludes mandatory consumer rights.

Design concepts

Digital concepts illustrate proposed designs. Final specifications, colors, materials and acceptable production variations are agreed for each order. Please contact us if you need clarification before approving your design.

Original designs and design rights

MUGMEEV develops original ceramic relief designs and reserves all applicable intellectual property rights in its original work and website content. An application to register a mug design has been filed in Israel. Filing an application is not the same as an approved registration.

Customer logos, slogans, photographs and other supplied materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Please provide only material you own or are authorized to use. The use of a brand or public emblem in an example does not imply an endorsement or commercial relationship.

Ownership, permitted use and any exclusivity for a commissioned design are addressed in the project agreement. A custom order does not automatically include ownership of every underlying design element or an exclusive right to a general product idea. Please discuss any exclusivity requirements before approving your order.

This notice explains how MUGMEEV uses information submitted through this website.

What we collect

When you send an inquiry, we collect the name, email address, project description and quantity information you enter. You may also choose to provide a phone number, organization, delivery location, budget, preferred date, gift-packaging preference, a previous project reference and reference files. These optional fields can be left blank. If you do not provide the required contact and project details, we may be unable to respond to your inquiry.

To limit abuse of the form, we also store a one-way scrambled form of the network address an inquiry was sent from. It cannot be turned back into the address.

How we use it

We use this information to respond, discuss your design, prepare a quotation and, if you proceed, manage your project. We do not add you to a marketing list simply because you request a quote, and we do not sell your information.

Where it is kept and who sees it

An inquiry is saved in this website's own database, and any files you upload are kept in a private folder on the website's hosting that is not published on the web. A copy of the inquiry is emailed to us, so it passes through the company that hosts this website and the company that carries its email. Access is limited to the people who need it to answer you. If your project proceeds, we explain what information must be shared with production or delivery partners.

Cookies and other services

This website's design sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own and loads its typeface from this website itself. WordPress sets a cookie only for people who log in to manage the site. Links to WhatsApp or other external services open services with their own privacy terms. If optional analytics is ever introduced, this notice and the relevant controls will be updated first.

How long we keep it

Inquiries and their files are kept while they are needed to answer you and, if you proceed, to manage your order. Order records follow the retention rules that apply to the business. You can ask us to delete an inquiry at any time.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. We will respond according to applicable requirements.
