How it works

From your first idea to your finished mug.

You bring the story. We work with you on the design, confirm the details and arrange production. Every project receives an individual quotation before you commit to the order.

  1. Step 1: Share your idea

    Tell us who the mugs are for, what you want on them and how many you have in mind. Add a preferred date and delivery location if you know them. A logo or reference image helps, but a simple description is enough to start.

  2. Step 2: Develop the design together

    We discuss the visual elements, wording, colors and arrangement, and explain how your idea can work as raised ceramic decoration. Design work, previews, samples and revision allowances are described in your quotation where relevant.

  3. Step 3: Agree on the quotation

    Review the mug specification, quantity, design scope, packaging, delivery, expected schedule and price, including any sample charges, payment stages and applicable terms. Ask us to clarify any point before proceeding.

  4. Step 4: Approve the final design

    Check the front and back, names, dates, spelling, logo, colors and selected details. We record approval of the identified design version and order specification before production begins.

  5. Step 5: Produce and deliver

    We manufacture the agreed quantity and arrange delivery under the confirmed order terms. We confirm the schedule for your project rather than promising a single delivery time for every order.

What makes these mugs different?

Our signature feature is raised ceramic relief. Decorative elements have physical depth and become part of the mug's surface through a custom molded design. Color and lettering complete the agreed design.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

No. You can request a single mug or a larger quantity. Every project is quoted individually, and the price per mug depends on the design and order size.

How much does a custom mug cost?

The price depends on the design, quantity, personalization, packaging and delivery requirements. Share your idea and we will prepare a quotation. The inquiry form is not a purchase or a commitment to production.

Can I use my own logo or slogan?

Yes. Send the logo, exact wording and any brand guidance. Please share only material you own or are authorized to use. We will discuss any adjustments needed for readable lettering and ceramic relief.

Can you help if I do not have a design?

Yes. Tell us who the mug is for and the details you want it to include. We can develop the idea with you. The quotation will specify any design work, preview or revision charges.

What size is the mug?

The current format holds approximately 360 ml and is approximately 9.5 cm tall with an 8 cm body width. The handle and raised elements can increase the overall width. Your order specification confirms the final dimensions.

Can each mug have a different name?

Tell us what should stay the same and what should vary. We will confirm the method, feasibility and pricing for individual names or other changes within the collection.

Can I see the design before production?

We agree on the final design and record your approval before production. Any physical sample, additional preview or revision allowance is specified in the quotation. A digital mockup is a proposal, not a photograph of the finished mug.

How long will it take and where can you deliver?

Timing and delivery options are confirmed for each project based on the design, quantity and destination. Share a required event date early so we can assess the schedule before accepting the order.

Do you offer gift boxes and care instructions?

Ask about a coordinated gift box and protective packaging. Availability and pricing will be confirmed in your quotation. Care instructions are supplied for the actual mug and finish; ask us before placing it in a dishwasher or microwave.

Can I change an order or report a damaged delivery?

Contact us with the project reference as soon as possible. Changes depend on the production stage and may affect price or timing. For damage, send details and photographs if available. We will review the issue under your order terms and applicable rights.

    What we collect

    When you send an inquiry, we collect the name, email address, project description and quantity information you enter. You may also choose to provide a phone number, organization, delivery location, budget, preferred date, gift-packaging preference, a previous project reference and reference files. These optional fields can be left blank. If you do not provide the required contact and project details, we may be unable to respond to your inquiry.

    To limit abuse of the form, we also store a one-way scrambled form of the network address an inquiry was sent from. It cannot be turned back into the address.

    How we use it

    We use this information to respond, discuss your design, prepare a quotation and, if you proceed, manage your project. We do not add you to a marketing list simply because you request a quote, and we do not sell your information.

    Where it is kept and who sees it

    An inquiry is saved in this website's own database, and any files you upload are kept in a private folder on the website's hosting that is not published on the web. A copy of the inquiry is emailed to us, so it passes through the company that hosts this website and the company that carries its email. Access is limited to the people who need it to answer you. If your project proceeds, we explain what information must be shared with production or delivery partners.

    Cookies and other services

    This website's design sets no advertising or tracking cookies of its own and loads its typeface from this website itself. WordPress sets a cookie only for people who log in to manage the site. Links to WhatsApp or other external services open services with their own privacy terms. If optional analytics is ever introduced, this notice and the relevant controls will be updated first.

    How long we keep it

    Inquiries and their files are kept while they are needed to answer you and, if you proceed, to manage your order. Order records follow the retention rules that apply to the business. You can ask us to delete an inquiry at any time.

    You can ask what information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. We will respond according to applicable requirements.

    This website presents our custom mug service and design examples. Submitting an inquiry does not create a purchase contract or authorize production.

    Custom orders

    Each order is governed by the quotation and order terms accepted for that project. These specify the product, quantity, design and approval scope, total price and taxes, packaging, delivery, payment stages and any sample or revision charges. Production proceeds only after the required approvals and order conditions are met.

    Please check all submitted and approved wording, names, dates and artwork carefully. Requests for changes, cancellations, returns or assistance with damaged or defective goods are considered under the agreed terms and applicable law. Nothing on this website excludes mandatory consumer rights.

    Design concepts

    Digital concepts illustrate proposed designs. Final specifications, colors, materials and acceptable production variations are agreed for each order. Please contact us if you need clarification before approving your design.

    Original designs and design rights

    MUGMEEV develops original ceramic relief designs and reserves all applicable intellectual property rights in its original work and website content. An application to register a mug design has been filed in Israel. Filing an application is not the same as an approved registration.

    Customer logos, slogans, photographs and other supplied materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Please provide only material you own or are authorized to use. The use of a brand or public emblem in an example does not imply an endorsement or commercial relationship.

    Ownership, permitted use and any exclusivity for a commissioned design are addressed in the project agreement. A custom order does not automatically include ownership of every underlying design element or an exclusive right to a general product idea. Please discuss any exclusivity requirements before approving your order.
